Chapter 14: After the Soul Ortation Array.

Finally the beast stopped and fell over with Chin Ju right under its body. Chin Ju tried to get out from under its body but all attempts were futile.

‘I have to kill it.’ Chin Ju remembered that every time they died they disappear, so with barely any room to move his arms he got them far enough were he could do one final swing. He first stayed there for awhile getting his breath back then he unleashed the final move.

…..

…..

45 minutes had passed since Chin Ju went inside of the array.

Standing out of the Soul Ortation Array people are watching as the participants are fainting one at a time. Until finally all that was left out of the three hundred Soul Ortation Array circles were only fifty people remaining.

Watching from the outside people would keep track of the time it took for participants to leave the Soul Ortation Array to then look at what their ranks were. Normal speaking when someone stayed within the array longer than two hours they would be ranked within the top 85,000.

“Wow I didn’t think that these people would be doing this good!” Someone in the crowed said.

“I know the last three hundred people were already cut down to ten people when they reached the forty five minute mark, and as for the people that started before them they didn’t even get to thirty minute mark.” Another person within the crowed added with a laughing expression.

“It seems that at least a couple of these guys might get place on the board.” The guy said acting as if he was all smart.

“Really? Don’t those people show up on the last week or so. Why would there be so many this early?” People like to go into session tell the very last second, because higher there cultivation is, higher their rank will be. The guy that just spoke has been within the school for three years, and he’s seen this every year with only a couple of exceptions.

“I think that most of the people up there are new. See the kid that’s up there. His name is Chin Ju, he just came in through the most recent entry exam by fighting Lan Xai. Then if you look to your left you see a person that’s kind of chubby, but don’t let that deceive you. He’s recently making a name for himself by fighting anyone that makes him mad. People have been calling him the tantrum troll, and as for the others I don’t know, but I assume that most of them are new to.” The guy who just spoke had his head up as if he was teaching a student even though this is his second year at the school.

….

Another, 10 minutes has passed, and more than half of the people dropped out. When people were finished with the Soul Ortation Array they would either pass out, or be able to walk off on their own. However Chin Ju was still up there with other 19 people.

“Wow! Did you hear someone out of the 19 people that are up there is only at the first level of Earth Realm!” The person that spoke had his voice loud enough for everyone that was surrounding him could easily hear.

“What he’s only at the first level of Earth Realm?!” A person added.

“Where is he and what is his name?” Someone thought that this was crazy.

To be on the first level of Earth Realm and he can be up there for so long. Normally, people that are up there for 55 minutes are at the third to fourth level of Earth Realm.

“His name is Chin Ju and he’s the kid that’s up there.” The person before spoke again, with his voice bit more quiet this time, but still loud enough for everyone to hear.

Although no one could confirmer rather if this news was real or not. Didn’t mean that there’s not a possibility of it being real if so, just how crazy would that be?

Even though they don’t know his cultivation they couldn’t resist the idea of him being on at the first level of Earth Realm. Some people within the crowed were smiling, and others were still asking about to see if they could get any more information out of it.

However the person that was speaking earlier was already gone, but the topic didn’t die even the least while he was gone instead it was spreading like a wild fire. With the time there at right now they would be ranked with in the low 79,000.

…..

Another, ten minutes has passed as the crowed started to grow around the people that were in the array.

By this time they should well be within 65,000 mark. Meaning that they should already be close to the board, and to have so many people showing this early for the board is rare, so of course people would gather to see who they are.

“There’s only four people left.” Someone in the crowed said.

“I heard that one of them is only at the first level of Earth Realm.” Someone said this with a misteves smile.

“Why are you repeating old news. Everyone already knows of this, but what everyone talking about now is how high he well be ranked.” The person talking was treating the other person as if he was a idiot.

But before the other person could say anything to refute. Chin Ju finally fell out of the Soul Ortation Array circle. Time came to a stop, everyone looked up to the board waiting to see if there were any changes. Even the people that just got ranked stayed to behind to see anything changed.

Chin Ju on the other hand got up like nothing happened, but only a couple people were able to see that. The majority were looking at the board, not waiting to mess even a second.

However watching intently for a couple of minute everyone’s expressions quickly changed.

“Nothing…nothing is changing. The board is not adding him.” Someone said with in the crowd finally braking the silence.

“How? That was more than even time to come be on the board. No?” Someone was confused as to why his name wouldn’t be on the board. Normally speaking that should had been plenty of time.

Even though 60,000 people show on the board, and that might seem a lot. How many people are in the Soul Diving School on the other hand? A whopping 234,453 students, even though 60,000 seems a lot its still a insignificant number were some people will take there time to remember each and every person within the 60,000 mark. Of course there will be such a huge crowed to watch if people will be getting in this early.

“Maybe, he just barely missed the mark. Hurry send someone into the Dividing Hall to see his rank!” Someone thought perhaps that he just barely missed the mark. How hard is it to get into the 60,000 out of 234,453?

….

Chin Ju was completely ignorant of all this to him he just opened his eyes and got up like nothing happened. He wasn’t in a cold sweat like the others or even struggling, but instead looked like he was just taking a nap.

“Truly, strange! It’s as if everything that just happened was in my head and non of that even happened. These spirits are truly something to be praised for making something that can test so many people, and allow me to die, to then act as if nothing happened.”

Chin Ju worked his way off the platform of the Soul Ortation Array to find the nearest person he could. Luckily for him he happened to spot Mu Tu that he met earlier.

Mu Tu.” Chin Ju called out waving his hand.

“Ohh, young Chin Ju it’s you. Hahah…what’s the odds of us seeing each other right after the test.” Mu Tu had a soft laugh, while his expression on his face has a smile that could warmed the heart. He looks like a loveable person almost like nothing can faze him.

“Hahah, indeed truly is fate. Have you looked at your score yet?” Chin Ju also returned the same gestere, with a smile.

“Nope, I was just about to go find out, would you like to come with me?” Mu Tu, looked excided for Chin Ju’s response.

Chin Ju nodded his head agreeing. They both left the area, while everyone was trying to figure out Chin Ju’s rank. They were completely unaware that Chin Ju already left.

On the way there they would see people run pass them and then to see the same people run back.

“Seems kind of busy, no?” Chin Ju thought that this was weird, but realisticle he’s only been here for a couple of days.

“Hahah..young Chin Ju the testing is happening. It’s normal for people to run and check their rank, or other people to report what they got. People do get excided to see if they beat there last rank.” Mu Tu said.

“Mu Tu, how long have you’ve been in the Soul Dividing School?”

“I think that I’ve been here for month now.” Mu Tu said while rubbing his chin.

“Haha..Then I wonder who did better on the test.” Chin Ju said.

“Then how about this whoever did the worse has to buy dinner for the other.” Mu Tu said with his mouth watering up as he could already imagine the taste of it.

Chin Ju thought it was funny agreeing with Mu Tu. “Great! Then when you lose don’t be scared to buy me whatever I want.”

Both of them finally reached the Dividing Hall. The place was packed to the brim with people standing all the way to the outside of the building, but it didn’t matter much because the Soul Dividing School already had a plan for the testing. They had extra people working for the testing, that were helping people inside the building and on the outside. People were non-stop coming in and out, as you would see some people on the brick of crying, others were running as fast their legs would allow them.

The people helping were all over the place. Asking for your name and asking people to stay in the same spot so they could find them again.

Mu Tu and Chin Ju went up and followed the line of people all the way to the front doors, but before they could enter someone already found them.

“What are your names?” The helper had a piece a piece in her hands taking down names.

“Chin Ju….Mu Tu.” Both said their names, while the worker went into the building in search for there rankings.

Chin Ju was kind of upset that he couldn’t go inside, but he thought he would just go in a later date.

….

“Did you hear about the person yet?” Someone in the crowed of people commented.

“What are you talking about?” Someone in the crowed

“There was someone who took 55 minutes in the Soul Ortation Array and got a rank of..” Before he could finish someone cut him off.

“Stop spreading the news or else?” Someone happened to over the talking over these two. They quickly notice who this person was to immediately shut up. It was Lan Xai, he had a face that looked like he ate something rotten.

The new about Chin Ju is spreading like a wildfire, so is the story about what happened at the entries exam so of course Lan Xai would want all the talk about Chin Ju to be quite. Plus with Chin Ju ranking Lan Xai can get his revenge, by stealing his Martial Grass Flakes. If more people know about Chin Ju they would aslo be on the look out for his Martial Grass Flakes.

The Soul Dividing School has made a competitive competition so of course stealing occurs from the disciples. It’s in the rules to not allow it, but it happened so much and so many people do it that its not reinforced by the rules. Plenty of people have their eye’s set out for Chin Ju, who wouldn’t? The information says that he’s on the first level of Earth realm, it cant get easier than that.

Chin Ju and Mu Tu waited for the worker to return, until after thirty-minutes she came back with two papers with her. Holding both within her hands she handed one  of them to Chin Ju and the other to Mu Tu.
