Posted by It was the pretties day of November, but on that day one of the most pretties babies came to live on this earth. But before, I tell you that let me tell you a bit more about my earth. My earth is quite a beautiful place to live ,buuuut there’s a down side to it. On my earth we get powers of one god/goddess. Now I know that sounds pretty cool, but you could get a weak god and lose a fight. To be honest it would depend on how high your god/goddess rank is. At least you could have one of your parents inheritance ,but you still may be weak. Oh Yeah! Sorry, on our earth we have one of our parents inheritance which was given to us at age 14. The inheritance also helps our powers ,or weakends the gods power that they gave too us. Before, I move on the inheritance could be a ring, to a flower, to a book so basically it could be any that has be pasted down through out your Mom or Dad’s side of the family. Sorry. Now that you have a little background of our earth l’ll continue the story.
The little girl had a brother that helped her through life. He helped in school because she got bullied for not being picked by a god/goddess, or for being called a “Freak” because she had no purpose. But, one day when they had to go to school she had to say behind because she was powerless unlike her brother. He had the power of Hades, which ranked pretty high on the gods/goddess list. The reason she had to stop going to school was ,because she had no strength, no magic, and at the time no inheritance for her Mom or Dad. So her Mom decide to homeschool her for 5th-9th.
But, throughout those 4 years her brother and her started to grow apart from each other. But, at age 14 their parents pasted away in a tragic accident. The weird part is no one knew how the past not even their own two kids know what happened. So, they went to live with their grandparents for high school. The had lived about a city away, so they drive all the way to phoenix. Once they got there in front of their grandparents home they walked outside and greeted them.
“Oh!! Aidoneus (Aidoneus is a name for Hades.) and Midnight!!! Oh, Midnight sweetie it’s aways nice to see you and you to Aidoneus. Now, Now come in.” ,As they walked inside they felt comfort for where they’re going to be for four years of their life. Once they got inside they saw grandpa read the newspaper with his feet on the table.
“You know I think I’m going to visit Mom and Dad. Do you want to come bro?” ,Midnight said getting close to the door about to exit.
“No thanks I’ll stay see in a bit bye.” ,As he said walking into the dinning room where grandpa was.
“Ok bye!!!! I’ll be back at dinner grandma and tell grandpa I said hi.” ,Midnight said leaving the house before she had chores to do.
As she walked to the cemetery, she stopped at a flower shop and grab a lot of different. Once she got to the cemetery, a thought popped into her head “Will my brother still be by my side.” ,She thought to herself. As she got closer she could picture their faces of disappointed of her. She could really see how disappointed they were in her as she walked closer, and closer to the grave. Once she walked up to it, she saw their names titled on the top. It read to the “Ones we love to the one we heart , Ma’s grave“, and on the other it said “With all you did you became a great man, Pa’s grave” Every time she see that she feels ,like a piece of dirt being stepped over and over again.
Once she was done praying to the graves ,and putting flowers next to the others graves. She walked to the library down the street. She always had a loved books. Her Mom always made sure that she read a book or two a week. When her and her Mother visited her grandparents they made sure ,to stop by the library to get a book ,or two before they left. As she walked into the library, she noticed that there was a new person there. Once she walked in the library greeted her.
“Why hello dear! How are you, it been awhile.” ,Said the librarian checking in the books on the counter.
“I’ve been good, Mrs. Lilith. Oh! Did you hear that some of the gods/goddess are living among. Oh it would be nice to meet a god/goddess.” Midnight said to Mrs. Lilith while grabbing the books she just checked in. She put the books up on the shelves they belong to. After that she went back to the gods/goddess section. Her father said “The more you know about the gods/goddess the better.”
She went to the god/goddess section and grabbed a book on Bia (The force and power god. One of the most common god powers to get), Circe (The Magic god. A rare goddess to get.), and the last book she grabbed was of course Nyx (The night goddess. A very very uncommon one to get. You would have to be born right when it strikes midnight). As she started to walk away from the book shelves she heard a book hit the ground. She turned around to grab the book that just hit the ground. The book had no title nor no words in it. She thought that Mrs. Lilith had put a the book away on accident ,so she took the book with her. Once she was at the counter she asked Mrs. Lilith was her’s.
“Mrs. Lilith?? I….umm…found a book that was empty, and I was….wondering if was yours.” ,She said picking her words carefully as she spoke to her.
“Sorry Dear. No. How about this keep the empty book ,and write your adventures in it.” ,She said looking at the book as if it was meant to go Midnight, like it was her’s.
“Oh thank you Mrs. Lilith. Anyways I have to go bye.” ,She said a she left the library.
Once she got home dinner was already on the table ready to eat. She sat next to her brother and grandmother. It was just awkward. They sat there in silence for a half an hour. Once she was done she left ,so she didn’t have to be there. After her brother was done eating he went upstairs to see Midnight.
“Hey Midnight! I know Mom and Dad’s death was sudden ,but you need to stop talking to yourself, and how about you help me out with training.” ,Aidoneus said giving her a hand to help her up.
“Thanks bro. I’ll stop to talking to my self in third person.” ,I said grabbing my headphones and flour bags.
When we got outside they noticed a group of kids watching them. So me and my brother looked at each other ,then walk to the open field that was by the house and a forest. I put the bag of flour on the floor ,and I moved a side so I wouldn’t get hit by his magic. He closed his eyes and imaged a blue fire in his hands.
“The blue fire appeared out of nowhere. I mean I….guess….Wait why am I questioning this???? He has powers.” ,She thought to herself not paying attention to my brother. Aidoneus was having a hard time controlling the fire in his hands. He tried to focus on hitting the flour bag in front of him ,but then my brother missed the bag of flour. Almost ended up hitting me!!! Oh! Wait I forgot my brother is very much a hothead. I mean it makes sense he was picked by Hades.
“SIS!! WHY WERE IN THE WAY!!!! UGH!!!” ,he said only getting anger and anger.
“I’m sorry!”, I said trying to stay calm.
“UGH!! YOUR JUST A BR-” he said said before I ran into the forest.
I ran faster and faster into the woods not knowing where I was going. Once I found a nice tree to sit next to I began to cry my eyes. “Why does my brother have to be such hothead.” I thought to myself as I cried and cried for what seemed like years. To be honest only a few hours went by. Once I calmed down I looked to see how far in the forest I was. “This looks a little familiar, but where am I?” ,I thought to myself still trying to figure out where I am.
“Wait! I remember this place. This is…..where I…I was lost for a few hours. I think I was 8 when that happened. I remember Mom being soo worried.” I thought to myself as I was getting up from the tree still with tears in my eyes. I began to look around trying to find a way out of the forest. I was looking around ,when I saw a beautiful necklace on the ground. It must have been a Nyx necklace cause it was ,so beautiful it looked the stars were in my hands. I put the necklace on ,but for some reason it turned to into a blue and black fire. Almost like Aidoneus magic fire?
“This necklace looks familiar? Hmm…I think this is important.” ,I thought to myself walking back to the direction I came from.
Once I got back home I was greeted by my grandmother. “Oh Sweetie your home!! Oh!! By the way you have school tomorrow.” ,She said as she turned off the lights in the house.
“Thanks Grandma!! Your the best!! Oh and l’ll make sure that I wake Aidoneus!! Good night.” ,I said heading up the stairs.
“Night Sweetie!!” ,She said putting still turning off the lights still.
