Posted by “Uhhhhh” as I roll back and forth. I felt pain in my whole body. From my toes to my head, but the place that hurt the most was my left ankle. As I sit up I feel people around. People I’ve never met. I felt scared, uneasy. But, I continued to sit up. I looked around the room that I was in. I see a girl with white hair, with ears and a tail of an Arctic fox. Then I see three guys. One of them has wings and a tail of a beautiful Dragon, but the other one has Lion ears and a tail of one, while the last one had ears and a tail sticking up like a WereWolf.
“W-w-who a-re you g-guys?” ,I said with such a stutter.
“We’re not going to hurt.” ,said Neve going in to touch her.
She backs up against the wall scared. “Th-that w-w-wasn’t w-what I as-asked. Wh-who a-are you g-guys?!” ,I said a little mad but still will a stutter.
They look at each other and nod. “I’m Neve. Um…I’m an Arctic fox. My goddess is Khione which is the Goddess of snow. Um……I have powers! I can make snow appear and I can freeze things. Um….the guy beside me is Coro. He is a Hydra which is a Dragon Person. His god is Aeolus which is the God of wind. And his powers are Fire breath and flying. Then the guy next to him is Aidoneus. He’s a WereWolf which is a Wolf Person. His God is Hades. One of the top Gods of Olympic. His powers are blue fire and talking to souls. Then the guy next to him is Leo. He’s is gryphon which is a Lion Person. His God is Artmis which is the Goddess of animals. His powers are speed and he has a loud roar that can take anything out in its path. So…..who are you?” ,said Neve out of breath.
“Who am I? Hm…..I don’t know who am I? That’s a good question. Hm……I think my name is Heaven? But, I have a question. Why did you tell me about the gods/goddess, species, powers thing? Also why are you all wearing something that looks very expensive?” ,I said with a puzzled look on my face.
“She doesn’t know how we live?” ,Leo said also with a puzzled look too.
“Ok. So the gods/goddess are what gives us power. The species is what puts us in a clan. For example the Mermaid or Siren Clan controls the different seas. And for the power. It’s what reflects off our clan or God/Goddess to make us stronger or weaker. The very expensive stuff we have on is our inheritance. Which it is given to us when we are normally 16 or 18. But, if you proven that you’re worthy you may get yours at a younger age. Again the inheritance can make you stronger or weaker.” ,said Coro as he showed her the ring on his finger.
“Wow!! Cool! So….um anything else I need to know.” ,I said trying to get up from the hay bed.
“Nope. But now that we are done with that. Can we ask a few questions, if that is ok?” ,said Aidoneus helping me move to the chair from the bed.
“Sure.” ,I said.
“What do you remember” ,said Leo.
“Hm……what do I remember. My first memory is waking up here. I think?” ,I said with confidence.
“Ok. Do you have wounds that I was not able to see.” ,Neve said standing up.
“Hm…..let’s see.” ,I said trying to stand up, but only falling back to the floor. “I think my left ankle is sprained.”
As Coro and Aidoneus help her get back into the chair. They feel like somethings off. Like the balance of light and dark. It was was like someone went too far in the dark side.
“Ok. Why were you in the forest?” ,Aidoneus said while trying to figure out what was wrong with the balance.
“I don’t know why I was in the forest. But, where am I?” ,I say as I try to walk again.
“Your in Raven Stone. Now we should leave her alone to sleep or something. Now let’s find out what to do next.” ,said Aidoneus pulling Neve, Coro, Leo down the stairs.
As they were walking do the stairs Aidoneus gets an idea .”Let’s make her a guard!!” ,said Aidoneus with a smile.
“Why should we make her a guard.” ,said Coro.
“Well….we need more guards. Plus she’ll be by nice people instead of bad people.” ,Neve said agreeing with Aidoneus.
“Still sounds like a bad idea” ,said Coro disagree.
But then Leo gives in. “Fine. She can become a guard ,but we need to find out more about her.” ,said Leo a little unsure about his choice he made.
“Great! Three out of four votes.” Aidoneus said with a big smile.
“Let’s go check on her.” ,said Coro as they began to walk back up the steps.
Mean while with Heaven. “I wonder when they’re going to be back. Hm……what should I do in the mean time. Hm…….Oh there’s some books right there. I wonder if they have any good books.” I thought to myself as I tried walking over to the bookshelf. “Hm…There’s Cook books, Math books. Theres a book on “The Forgotten Goddess” . Hm….the seems interesting.” I think to myself as I open the book
“The Forgotten Goddess”
People say “The Forgotten Goddess” was Zeus’s daughter. She had three sisters, Eumomia the goddess of order and law, while her other sister Dike was the goddess of mortal justice, and to the very last sister Horae the goddess of the seasons. People say that their bond was broken to make them hate each other. People do not know what may have caused it. But it is something we want to know. How could four close sister come to hate each other?
But as time went on people started to hear a saying. “The Forgotten Goddess was/is a warrior for the mortals, immortals, a protecter for all weak and strong. Everything that is good.” People would say this was something she would say ,but I come wonder if she is really real. Well… I guess only time will tell.
But to this day people are wondering who the goddess is that was forgotten in time. Some people wonder if she was even real. Others think that she was stronger or is stronger than Zeus. Some say she the true leader of Olympic.
“True Leader Of Olympic? Hm…..I wonder if this is true?” I think to myself as I continue read.
As the time pasted I heard footsteps coming back up ,but I continue to read. Something about the book just seemed so interesting me.
“What are you doing ,Heaven?” ,Neve said as she was walking up the stairs with the others be hide her.
“I was just reading a book about the ‘The Forgotten Goddess‘. It’s fairly good, but I wonder if the story is true.” ,I said.
“Maybe. Who knows. But I’ve never seen that book. Where did you find it?” ,Neve said walking over too Heaven to get a closer look at the book.
“Oh! On the bookshelf over there” I say handing her the book.
“Hmm…..Well we wanted to ask you something.” Leo says as he bumps his arm into Neve to get her attention.
“Sure. What is it.” ,I say as I’m trying to stand up again.
“Well……we want you to become a guard of Raven Stone village!” ,said Aidoneus as he throws his hands up in excitement.
“Why would you want that? You just meet me.” ,I said shocked.
“We know but there’s something about you that just makes you special. You know!” ,Aidoneus says with his hands still up in the air.
“How about I stick around for a little bit.” ,She says trying to walk.
“Why not!” Neve say grabbing Heaven’s hand.
“Let’s go train guys.” ,Leo says as they’re walking down together.
Once they reached the training ground. Coro and Leo went to grab weapons like swords, daggers, spears, axes, maces, and staffs. “Wow this is a lot of weapons.” ,I thought to myself as I looked at all the sharp weapons.
“How many weapons are there?” ,I said as I get up to see the different weapons.
“Well as many as you can count.” ,Coro says looking at her with shock.
“Let’s begin!” , says Aidoneus as he is grabbing a sword.
They begin to fight with all types of weapons. To axes being thrown to the the swords clashing against each other. As the weapons made loud sounds. There was a spy watching in the back ground. Watching the girl’s every move…we’ll step.
“Sir, looks like she is with four guards ,sir.” says the man as he’s bowing down in front of The Hooded Person.
“Hm….well is she just playing with weapons or magic to” said The Hooded Person.
“No magic ,sir” said the man.
“Hm…..interesting zero magic. I want you to keep watching her.” ,said The Hooded Man.
“Yes, sir!” ,said the man as he goes back into position .
